Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils. Essential oils are volatile plant extracts that have been either cold pressed or distilled from plants. Essential oils need to be 100% pure to be effective. Synthetic fragrances may smell nice, but science simply cannot replicate the energy a plant receives from the sun and the earth and the environment the plant grows is crucial to the chemical constituents that are in essential oils. This aromatic oil is the immune system of the plant and will protect us in much of the same way that the plant protects itself from insects, molds, bacteria and much more. Essential oils are very powerful in supporting our immune systems and helping to support healing. Essential oils must be used in a way that is safe for everyone in your family. This includes your pets. Essential oils should be kept safely away from curious kids and animals. They must be respected in the same way medicine is. The most important thing to look for is quality when selecting essential oils. At Willow Rose Wellness we are committed to providing 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils to our customers. Every oils has been tested with a GC/MS test that ensures the oils are genuine, authentic, pure, and potent. It is always safer to dilute your essential oils with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. Avoid using citrus oils 24 hours before going in the sun because they increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun. All massage treatments at Willow Rose Wellness include some form of aromatherapy.
