Willow Rose Wellness Policies
Willow Rose Wellness All treatments are to be scheduled in advance by appointment only. Please view our online booking tab and request an appointment and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. You will be charged for missed for missed appointments without notification. If you have a sudden medical condition come up please make an effort to let us know in advance of your appointment time. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a appropriate notice of an emergency medical condition.
If you arrive late for your appointment, Willow Rose Wellness practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are usually unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
We do not accept medical insurance at this time. Healthcare Savings Accounts may be used.
You will be emailed a health history intake form. Please fill them out online before coming in for you first appointment. Forms not filled out in advance may be required before the beginning of the treatment. This may cause the appointment to begin late taking away precious time from your treatment.
You will be draped in accordance with Washington State law that specifies; genitals and gluteal cleft below tip of the tailbone are always draped. Conservative draping of the breasts will be used unless therapeutic massage of the area is medically indicated, and written consent for breast massage is given. This ensures breasts and genitals will always remain covered at Willow Rose Wellness.
Please park on the street toward the end of the cull de sac. Use the stairs next to the mailboxes and streetlamp. Walk through the garden area on the stone pathway to access the lower portion of the home where Willow Rose Wellness is located.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients.
